Guys Behind the Blog // February

Yaaay! Another post by Justin, about Justin! These are some of my favorites, and I know a lot of you agree with me! By the way, surprise, surprise, Justin will be taking over the blog every Friday in March!

1) If you could write a book, what topic would you write about and why?

Are we talking about Fiction or Non-Fiction here?  If it was non-fiction, I’d write a book probably about how to embellish a story so hard that not even you remember how it actually went.

Fiction? Probably a story about pirates fighting dragons.

2) What is one thing on your bucket list, or one thing that you’d like to do or accomplish in your lifetime?
I would like to be so well known in my eating prowess, that a restaurant will advertise something like “Try our burgers, Justin Morrell loves them!” and then people would legit eat there because I said I liked their burgers.

Seriously though, I want to turn on the lights on a lighthouse.  I would absolutely love that.

3) If you could look out your window and only see one view for the rest of your life, what would you want to see?

Either the ocean from a lighthouse or pirates fighting dragons….I’m a simple minded person.

4) Imagine you’re opening a shop.  What are you selling?
Shop?  Probably an arrangement of various fancy hats, canes, monocles and ties.  If it would make you look like the Planters Peanut guy, I’d sell it.

Now, if it was a restaurant or food truck, then thats a different story.  I have numerous ideas.  I don’t disclose them for fear of someone beating me to it.  Dead serious.  If you really want to know you’ll have to ask privately and then sign a contract that you’ll never disclose my ideas to someone else or use them for your own good.

5) If you could have 50 lbs of anything other than money, what would it be?

I would have 50 lbs of something that I could sell for a lot of money.  Honestly I’ve thought about this question a lot and I would have no idea.  50 pounds is a lot of anything.  Not sure I would want 50 pounds of anything.  I mean….where would I keep any of it?  If it was food, I’d get super fat.  If it was some form of entertainment, I’d never get to it all.  So um….idk?

6) Time to brag on your girl…tell us one thing that makes you proud of your girlfriend/fiance/wife!
She lets me post weird stuff.  She doesn’t get that upset when I tell stories about her that are slightly embarrassing and I embellish them to be very embarrassing.  When we get a new video game she wants, she never wants to put it down…

Honestly, I could go on and on.  She’s a gem.  I’d be lost without her.

  • Haha I love that he wants to be known for his eating prowess! That would be awesome for sure.

  • Well, that's how he normally tells stories, so, he'd easily be able to write it.

  • He is also very sarcastic. I love it!

  • Well, he loves his food!

  • That is the cutest picture of your guys! And that eating prowess bucket list item made me think…that would be a pretty fun thing to be known for!
